What’s more, prior to establishing Consortium Land, the members of our management team have operated numerous highly successful agribusiness enterprises and have collectively recruited and employed thousands of rural employees throughout their careers.
Over the years, we have worked with landowners to help them replace key members of their team or take on the new people required to support expansion. Often we may be able to suggest candidates from our extensive database of contacts or, depending on the role, we can assist with advertising externally for more specialist or technical roles where the right person might currently be working outside the rural sector.

Consortium Land is always mindful of ensuring that no conflict of interest arises between our investor clients and the farmers from whom we acquire land on their behalf, or to whom we lease properties. As such, Consortium Land does not provide services directly to farmers.
