Services to farmers

Consortium Land is always mindful of ensuring that no conflict of interest arises between our investor clients and the farmers from whom we acquire land on their behalf, or to whom we lease properties. As such, Consortium Land does not provide services directly to farmers.

We do, however, have day-to-day dealings with farmers and interested in talking to any farmers in the markets in which we operate, if you are:

  1. A high quality farm manager with a proven track record, seeking a challenging and performance linked management role.
  2. A retiring owner operator seeking an outright sale of your land holdings. We are particularly interested in distressed sales and we will move quickly to secure a purchase at a favourable price on behalf of our clients.
  3. An active owner operator seeking to finance expansion or existing operations by selling part of your property.
  4. An active owner operator seeking investors for sale and leaseback arrangement.
  5. Seeking to lease quality land holdings from professional landlords.

In dealing with Consortium Land you will be talking farmer to farmer. We know our business and yours, so we’ll tell it like it is, we don’t waste sorting the good deals from the bad deal.
